Tony is responsible for developing our strategy and vison and is predominantly focused on providing high level business and tax advice to business owners, families and individuals. He is our most experienced Accountant, leads our accounting team and holds the highest level of qualifications in his field being a CPA and a Chartered Tax Adviser.
Tony has over 30 years of accounting & taxation experience including senior roles with Price Waterhouse and 18 years in public practice as a principle partner. His experience enables him to provide exceptional, valuable and visionary advice and guidance to our clients.
Tony provides mentoring for many successful businesses utilising his wealth of experience and understanding.
Tony is married with 2 children, loves Soccer and is a keen cyclist.

Vincent is one of our Senior Accounting Directors and a qualified CPA. His financial experience started in the mid 80's when he was an internal auditor for Coca Cola, later in 1989 he moved into the world of Corporate Finance joining Beneficial Finance (a subsidiary of State Bank) in a corporate lending role.
In 1991, Vincent together with another accountant and business partner acquired an accounting firm and formed Carvin & Co. The partnership ran until 2001 when Carvin & Co merged with two other accouting firms to form Lamberts BRS. Vincent became a partner and Director of Lamberts BRS. Lamberts employed over 40 staff and was recognised as the fastest growing firm by BRW in its first year.
In 2006, Lamberts was dissolved and Vincent founded his own firm VCA Accountants and business advisors.
The passion to keep building and the commitment to provide integrated client solutions and help clients create wealth and solid business growth was the essence of VCA.
VCA continued its growth until 2016 when it merged with Caveo Partners to continue its journey to become a fully integrated firm providing total solutions and advise across all key areas incuding Accounting and Tax, Financial Planning, Finance, Digital Management Accounting and Legal Services.
With our qualified and experienced team supporting him, Vince assists clients with solutions, experience and expertise to guide their businesses towards success and the lifestyle they want.
Vincent has a lovely daughter, loves AFL and is a keen runner and cyclist.

Susie is responsible for the workflow and review within the business and accounting team, ensuring compliance with tax legislation and timely provision of business and accounting services to business owners, families and individuals.
Susie is a Certified Practising Accountant and has extensive accounting, taxation and SMSF experience with over 15 years of service in public practice and 4 years in commerce.
Susie is an avid reader, with a passion for music and languages. She is also a keen golfer and participates in social sporting groups.

Daniel manages our Biz Assist team and is passionate about helping businesses modernise the way they operate to gain operational efficiencies, improve profitability and visibility in their business by utilising cloud software solutions.
He is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants and graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).
Daniel has experience in management accounting, business advisory, cloud integration and taxation and compliance across a broad variety of industry sectors.

Georgina has over 25 years of experience in tax advisory and accounting. Ensuring private business owners, entrepreneurs, families and individuals successfully grow their business. She has been a key member of the accounting team since 2006, specialising in computerised accounting and assisting small to large businesses to implement systems and processes to help grow their business.
She always takes an empathetic approach and has the ability to put herself in the client position when resolving matters on their behalf.
She prides herself on developing sound relationships with clients, and is willing to go the extra distance to ensure a deep and enduring relationship.

Geoff is an experienced accountant and is one of the leaders of our digital management accounting team. His main responsibilities are to identify and implement systems and processes that can streamline and automate client’s back office processes. These typically include payroll, bookkeeping, accounts payable and reporting.
Geoff has over 8 years’ experience working in business advisory. Geoff graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) in 2010 and completed his Chartered Accountancy studies in 2012. He has been specialising in Xero since 2015.
His team’s main responsibility is to transition clients from out of date accounting software to Xero and various Xero Add-ons. With the right systems in place, the team enabled to manage the day to day management accounting responsibilities of the client.

Michael graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) in 2013. He is currently undertaking further study to become a Certified Practicing Accountant.
His primary responsibilities at Caveo Partners include preparing financials and tax returns for individuals, trusts and companies, bookkeeping and liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and other Government departments.
Michael is working towards becoming a specialist Tax advisor and his interests outside of work include basketball, training, running and magic.

Jimmy is an accountant in our business services team. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce whilst working as an undergraduate accountant for the firm.
Prior to joining us he worked within an automotive dealership where he contributed to the management accounting function of the organisation and in Client Services within the Australian Taxation Office.

Thien has 2 years’ experience in Audit & Assurance services. He graduated on a full scholarship from Torrens University Australia with an Accelerated Bachelor of Commerce (Dual in Accounting and Finance) in 2017 and is currently engaged in his Chartered Accountancy studies.
